SAFT's head office offers the support and expertise to the rest of the Group by way of regular meetings of the management teams enhancing information sharing and the way we approach customer service.
The most important asset we have is our staff. We have a HR Department at SAFT Head Office focussing on this very issue.
SAFT’s centralised financial department, also located at SAFT Head Office, handles all final invoicing to the clients, as well as final approval of all expenses. This ensures compliance to all financial regulations. Efficient debt collecting further contributes to SAFT overall success.
All information of SAFT Head Office and its branches are stored on a centralised database. In SAFT’s strive to be less reliant on printed documents, SAFT is sending all invoices in an electronic format. The centralised database makes it possible to send supporting information relating to cold store operations with its electronic invoices. This makes integration between the facilities more seamless.
